In an era when everything is available online right from a house to a spouse, is it possible to use any mood elevating technique? Yes, it can be done. After discussing at length about depression, it is time to do something to juice up the mood. There are frequencies that destroy your mood and there are frequencies that ramp up your mood. Follow this 9-step procedure to jazz up your spirits from low to high, from blue to pink and from heavy to light, in modern language, from 2G to 4G.
Subjectively, this is a passive maneuver. It is best performed or rather experienced when you are relaxing in your easy armchair or sitting on your bed reclining against a pillow. Keep your ear-phones ready. Keep contrast-brightness of your screen to less than 50 so that it won't produce any strain on your eyes.
1. Look at the following image for one or two minutes, as long as you find it pleasurable. Let the healing light frequencies of various colors enter your brain through your eyes and palpate as far as your mind. Enjoy the subtle changing color shades. If not told, you might not even realize that they are changing!
2. Now insert your ear-phones into the audio jack. Play this audio. Close your eyes. Enjoy the rhythm of the track. You will feel like swinging and swaying to its tune. Move out of your mental constraints and unleash yourself. Depression is repression which is the opposite of expression! The track ends after four minutes.
3. Look at the following image. Instructions same as given in step 1.
4. Play this audio track. Close your eyes. The tune will take charge of your wandering thoughts and subdue them. Let the healing frequencies sink in. The track ends after two minutes.
5. Look at the following image like you did before. Enjoy the changing color shades.
6. Start this audio. Close your eyes to open your ears! The track will transport you into a jungle which is waking up to a beautiful morning. Imagine yourself walking through the fragrant wilderness. Let the morning dew caress your feet while the birds play a welcome opera all around. The track keeps on tweeting for three minutes.
7. Repeat the visual grind like you just did before.
8. Now close your eyes and relax on the seashore for three minutes. Let the roar of the sea fill the space of your grieving heart.
9. Lie down on your bed without a pillow under your political skull. Enjoy this sonic smoothy. Do the intonations resonate with your heart? Just listen to the wonderful spectrum of emotions a single instrument is capable of producing through its notes. Let every fiber and every cell of your body shed its accumulated negative debris and absorb rejuvenating ones. The track continues for 20 minutes. You will enjoy the refreshing feeling of lightness after you get up!

I really like the sounds of these tracks. I am one of many who have issues with anxiety and I am always looking for natural ways to keep calm and happy. I will try this out tonight before I go to bed. Is that a good time to do it or is it better in the morning? I am very new to "sound healing" :D
